This afternoon me and my bro went to pay the student bill at public bank kampar. While my brother waiting at atm machine then i went to pay for my bill. Who's know the gul proceed me to another counter.
Ok fine i just wait for my brother and pay together. By that time is around 1 o'clock. No people in front the counter and i ask the counter beside~and she said wait for the officer.
Ok Fine wait and wait almost half and hours and behind us still got others student. The stupid fat guy walk over the counter and say ok all come over here. Thought wat he want to do~
1) You all want to pay student bill right?
2) Did you all attend your orientation week? (no people reply) and he say sure no. Stupid guy, last time is the staff at my campus say no need to attend noob.
3) Did you have this public bank debit card? no 1 reply as well.
I got the card but i already take out the money that's why only pay at here stupid.
4) I know your bill due date is on this friday. If you apply now you need to wait for 3 weeks to get the card he said.
5) Do you all have your own personal account and atm card?? then he ask us to register online and pay through e-banking. And show us the bill and paper wrote this is for ur own safety.
All bullshit there~is not for our own safety is because you all are lazy to proceeds our bill. "Sei Fat pig"
WTH~~once he finish talk and i asked so can i pay now since i take out all my money? He reply no. then i say i already take out the money and he say cash deposit into your bank.
Wa~when i heard this i really mad and say WTH and i go away and bank in back my money.
Hello this is not the service i want le~as a consumer i should make some complain to make u all improve~and "you" kampar public bank , the staff are not friendly although at campus also not friendly~noob service, ask more again then get mad what service is this har?
If i know earlier i wont pay at Kampar~If not because of the loan i also no need to open the account at your bank~
So Utar student please take note about this. If you want to pay bill you should use debit card, online banking, or go back your hometown Public Bank but not Kampar.
